Cancellation & Refund Policy
Clear payment and cancellation terms for the current Tirthan Valley experience, with experience-specific terms for future departures.

Tirthan Valley payment schedule
- 50% deposit is due when your booking is confirmed.
- The remaining balance is due 15 days before departure.
Submitting an invite request does not require payment and does not create a booking.
If you cancel Tirthan Valley
- 30 days or more before departure: 15% cancellation fee.
- 15–29 days before departure: 50% cancellation fee.
- 11–14 days before departure: 75% cancellation fee.
- 10 days or less before departure: non-refundable.
Fees are calculated against the booking amount. Any non-refundable third-party cost already committed specifically for your booking may also be deducted where applicable and disclosed.
How to cancel
Email ansh.oratrail@gmail.com from the address used for your booking. Cancellation is effective when Ora acknowledges the request in writing.
No-shows, late arrival, and unused services
No refund is due for a no-show, late arrival, early departure, or an included service you choose not to use. Any additional arrangements required to join or leave the group are your responsibility.
Transfers
A request to transfer your place to another person or departure is subject to Ora’s written approval, group fit, supplier rules, availability, and any additional costs. A transfer is not confirmed until Ora approves it in writing.
If Ora changes or cancels an experience
We may make reasonable itinerary or supplier changes for safety or operational reasons. If Ora cancels the full experience before departure, we will explain the available alternative, credit, or refund. Refunds are returned through an appropriate method after amounts recoverable from suppliers are reconciled; processing time can vary by payment provider or bank.
Future experiences
These cancellation windows apply to the current Tirthan Valley departure. Future trips may have different commercial terms, which will be shown before payment and included in your confirmation.
