About Ora Trails

Ora Trails is a curated social travel business founded by Ansh Singla. References to “Ora,” “we,” or “us” mean Ora Trails. Contact us at ansh.oratrail@gmail.com.

Invite requests are not bookings

An invite or waitlist request is an application only. It does not guarantee acceptance, availability, a reservation, or a place on an experience. We may accept or decline a request to protect group fit, safety, capacity, or operational requirements.

Booking and payment

A booking is confirmed only when Ora sends direct confirmation and receives the required payment. The price, deposit, balance deadline, inclusions, exclusions, and cancellation terms shown for that experience at confirmation form part of your booking.

Your responsibilities

• Provide complete and accurate personal, contact, health, and travel information.
• Assess whether the itinerary and activities are suitable for you and disclose relevant medical, mobility, dietary, or safety needs.
• Carry valid identification and any documents, permits, insurance, or medication required for travel.
• Follow reasonable host and supplier instructions and behave respectfully toward the group, local community, and property.
• Avoid conduct that risks safety, disrupts the group, damages property, or breaks the law.

Ora may remove a traveller from an experience where reasonably necessary for safety or serious misconduct. Additional costs arising from removal are the traveller’s responsibility.

Changes and circumstances beyond our control

Routes, schedules, transport, stays, activities, meals, or hosts may change because of weather, road conditions, safety, supplier availability, government action, illness, natural events, or other circumstances outside reasonable control. We will aim to provide a suitable alternative where practical, but an exact itinerary cannot be guaranteed.

Pricing, inclusions, and third parties

Only items expressly listed as included are part of the price. Personal expenses and listed exclusions remain your responsibility. Transport, accommodation, and activities may be supplied by independent third parties subject to their own operational rules.

Website and intellectual property

Website copy, branding, photographs, design, and other material belong to Ora Trails or their respective licensors. You may use the site for personal trip research, but may not copy, resell, scrape, or misrepresent its content.

Liability

Travel involves inherent risks. To the extent permitted by law, Ora is not responsible for losses caused by a traveller’s acts, undisclosed conditions, independent suppliers, or events beyond reasonable control. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Cancellation and refunds

Our Cancellation & Refund Policy applies alongside the experience-specific terms provided before payment.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in Delhi, India will have jurisdiction, subject to any rights that applicable consumer law does not allow the parties to restrict.
