When you request an invite or join a waitlist, we may collect your name, email address, WhatsApp number, Instagram handle, city, travel preferences, application answers, the experience you are interested in, and any note you choose to share.

How we use it

• Review your invite or waitlist request and assess group fit.
• Contact you about that request or the experience you selected.
• Plan, administer, and support an experience if you proceed.
• Maintain internal records, improve our process, and meet legal obligations.
• Protect the safety and legitimate interests of travellers and Ora Trails.

Communication

Submitting a request allows us to contact you by email or WhatsApp about that request or relevant experience. It does not subscribe you to unrelated promotional messages. We do not use your submission as consent for general marketing.

Storage and service providers

Information is stored using our hosted data provider and may be processed by services used to deliver transactional email. These providers process information only as needed to support the service. We do not sell your personal information.
